Advocacy & Government Affairs
Purpose: To serve as a direct link between the business community and government at the local, state, and federal levels. The committee helps ensure member interests are represented by keeping Chamber members informed on legislative issues that affect the local economy and by maintaining strong working relationships with elected officials and policymakers.
Annual Fall Dinner
Purpose: To plan and execute the Chamber's signature Annual Fall Dinner & Awards event, ensuring a memorable experience that celebrates business excellence and community leadership.
Area Beautification
Purpose: To enhance the visual appeal and economic vitality of the Lake area through strategic beautification initiatives and community-driven improvement projects.
Cocktails & Caddies Annual Golf Tournament
Purpose: To organize and execute the Chamber's premier Cocktails and Caddies Golf Tournament, an engaging fundraising event that combines networking, friendly competition, and community support.
Event Review
Purpose: To conduct a comprehensive annual evaluation of all Chamber events and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational bylaws and strategic objectives. The committee assesses the effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance of Chamber activities to optimize resource allocation and maximize member value.
Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals
Purpose: To plan and manage the Chamber’s Magic Dragon Street Meet Nationals, the organization’s largest annual event and primary revenue source. This signature car show requires year-round planning and coordination to ensure its ongoing success and continued support of Chamber programs and operations.
Membership & Marketing
Purpose: To drive Chamber growth and enhance member value by developing innovative services, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and fostering meaningful connections within the business community. The committee serves as a strategic partner to Chamber leadership in shaping member-focused initiatives and strengthening the organization's market position.

Purpose: To guide the Chamber's long-term direction by developing, reviewing, and refining the organization's strategic plan. The committee ensures that the Chamber remains focused on key priorities and adapts to evolving member needs and economic conditions over a 3-5 year horizon
